Transfer from one hospital to the other:
Incase your hospital wants to transfer you from their facility to an other facility, you will need the following documents:
1. A "Referral Letter" from your original doctor to move to the new doctor
2. Alien Registration Card
3. A working mobile phone number
4. Full Name of the Patient
Charges at Hospital with Insurance Cover
Normal Delivery: 500,000 won
Cesarian Section: 900,000 won
Rehabilitation Room Expenses
a. 6 people room: 10,000 won
b. 5 people room: 20,000 won
c. 4 people room: 30,000 won
d. 2 people room: 50,000 won
e. 1 person room: 100,000 won
Registration of new baby
1. Take birth certificate from the hospital both in English as well as in Korean when discharging.
2. Take both the birth certificate along with parents Alien cards/Passports and visit to the office of any advocate near Daejeon Court office. If you have a taxi or Navigation GPS, you can reach the notary lawyer at the second floor of the building, by typing the number 042-256-1727 in your navigation or gps.
3. Attestation from Korean Foreign Office << This step may be option for countries other than Pakistan. Please check with your respective embassies.
• Make a copy of that notary documents for ur record
• Put all the original notarized documents in an envelop
• Also put an open empty return envelop (along with a post office ticket on it and your address for sending back)
• Attach a photocopy of your id card.

Send the finalized set of documents to the Korean Foreign office in Seoul for attestation. The address of Foreign office of Korea is: .
It will take 2 days for the process to complete.
4. Submission of the attested documents to the embassy of your country.
